Shipping Policy

Standard courier shipping is included on all orders over $100 AUD.

 

For orders under $100 AUD, a flat rate of $8 will be applied at checkout.

We work with a trusted third-party logistics provider (3PL) to carefully pack and dispatch every Nude Theōry order. For orders over $100 AUD, we absorb the cost of standard shipping so you won’t see this added at checkout. While express shipping isn’t currently available, we prioritise smooth and reliable delivery to ensure your order arrives as seamlessly as the experience itself.

 

Estimated delivery times:
Australia: 7–10 business days
International: 10–18 business days, depending on destination and local customs processing.

Exchanges & Refunds 

We want you to love your Nude Theōry pieces as much as we love creating them. 

 

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges or store credit on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. 

 

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for underwear bottoms, or on any items where the hygiene seal has been removed. Sale items are also not eligible for return or exchange. 

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your exchange or store credit accordingly.

You’ll get an email with your tracking link once your order ships. If you didn’t receive an email, please check your junk mail.

How can I make a return or exchange?

If you need to arrange a return or exchange, please get in touch with us at hello@nudetheory.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. How do I care for my Nude Theōry garments?

Our Nude Theōry pieces are crafted from delicate, considered fabrics — please take a moment to read the care label before removing it.

 

To preserve their softness and longevity, garments should be cold hand washed only using a gentle, eco-friendly detergent. Items that have been washed incorrectly and show signs of damage are not eligible for refund or exchange.

 

Please avoid soaking for extended periods, washing in high heat, or tumble drying.

Lay flat to dry in the shade.

Store your garments in the 100% cotton Nude Theōry bag provided. If you prefer machine washing, place your pieces inside a garment bag and wash on a gentle, cool cycle.
